Site Lockdown.

I know I only just got back onto the blog, but I'm going away again for a few weeks, so I'm really sorry but the site is going into lockdown for now. There isn't much primeval news at the moment though, so it doesn't really matter. See you! :)

Poll Results

Sorry for lateness, but the results for the polls are in:

Series 5 Episode 6: 90.62%
Series 3 Episode 10: 91.17%
Series 2 Episode 6: 76.47% (in my opinion seriously underscored)
Series 2 Episode 7: 79.17% (also underscored imo)

Well I would have thought Episodes 6 and 7 of series 2, which in most people's opinions is the best series so far, so I'm surprised that it hasn't done as well. I enjoyed Series 3 episode 10 but I thought it was the worst out of the 4, but that's my opinion, yours is obviously different...

Polls!!

Due to my silly lack of posts I have been drawn away from releasing the results of the polls. But here goes:

Episode 4 of Series 5 was doing brilliant!! until some people started voting things other than excellent, which surprised me as everyone on cbox seemed to be saying that it was AMAZINGG. Anyway it achieved a good 87.8% despite two people voting it AWFUL?!? I know. Weirdos. We're all entitled to our opinion I suppose.

Episode 6 of Series 1, the one where we met the future predators, which I thought was a good episode! And it felt like a good finale to the series, though it was probably the most underwhelming when you look at the others, except maybe Series 4. The cliffhanger at the end though, was AMAZINGG. You rated it 87.93, which means it bests Episode 4 of Series 5...

Episode 5 of Series 5 was another great episode!! It achieved 90% exactly, though I had to rejig the figures because for some reason I can't add answers to polls so there were only 4 options... :/ Yeah... annoying. Right vote on the neww polls! There are 4! We're aiming to find out which is the best Primeval episode ever!!

Episode 6 - My Thoughts

Well although I thought that it wasn't as good as Episode 4 or 5, I felt that it was verrryyyy goood! Nice too see Phillip fixing his mistakes in the end. So I'm guessing the villain to return was Helen, as she basically tried to destroy humanity AGAIN. The anomalies haven't closed, but all the team are still together. I bet Jess isn't too happy, she only signed up for a desk job...
Brilliant ending to a brilliant series. Although I liked Series 4, this series has been far better!! Matt at the end, oh dears?! Not a completely clean ending if they finished the series here then. I seriously hope they don't because I feel that Primeval is peaking - let's hope it gets the viewing figures and DVD buyings it needs. I trust you shall all be buying it? ;)

Sorry for the lateness I've basically been out with friends till 11 the last two nights, and have been in a rush in the mornings.

Episode 5 - My Thoughts (Contains spoilers for those who ent seen it))

Well I thought that was another amazing episode! This series is shaping out to be one of the best in my opinion!! So April wasn't Helen, so a villain is still going to return right? And Danny and Ethan are coming back next week too right? And somebody else is gunna die right? But Philip's machine didn't destroy the world... so what's Matt gunna do? And where's Connor? So much needs to be answered next week, in the final episode of the series!!
The whole team were epic, Jess was just amazing!! And Lester was nice to her. :) Lester with a gun! Is it just me though, or was the T-Rex bit over pretty quick, and wasn't that thhe only animal mentioned/seen that we haven't seen before... Doesn't seem very likely... :L
I did enjoy all the mentions and appearances though - Carnivorous worms, Kaprosuchus, Aurognathus(did I spell that right?), Tree Creepers, Mammoth and Spinosaurus... Philip left Connor to die :O And now Connor's stuck in some futuree world. Yeah, don't know if I preferred it t episode 4, but it was VERY good. I'd rank the last two episodes above all of Series 4 and probably Series 3 too! :P

Wednesday 15 June 2011

And Series 1 Episode 1....

I ended this one on purpose... I didn't accidentally delete it instead of Episode 3's poll or nothing... but luckily had a second PA tab opened at the same time so I could view the results...

Yea... so 22 out of 31 of you voted the first ever episode of Primeval as 'AMAZING', 7 of you voted 'good' and 2 voted 'okay', while nobody rated it 'poor' or 'awful'. So accordings to my calculations Episode 1 achieved 91.1%, which rates it above Series 4 Episodes 1, 3-5, Series 5 Episodes 1 and 2, but below S4 Episodes 2, 6 and 7, and below Series 5 Episode 3.

In my opinion this episode is still possibly my favourite episode, it was really dark and mysterious, and we got introduced to all the characters. Yeah, I thought it were awesome...

Episode 3 - Poll Results

Well, what did you think of Episode 3? Let's see...

According to poll results... with my calculationss, Episode 3, the return of Emily, got a very positive 93.3 %, which means its the best episode of Series 5 according to you, but that it doesn't beat the latter two episodes of Series 4.

At the moment, I am running polls as to what you thought of Episode 4, and Series 1 Episodes 1 and 6, I will hopefully collect what you thought of every episode eventually, so we can see what your favourite/least favourite episodes are! :D

Episode 4 - My Thoughts

Well, that was without a doubt the best Episode of Series 4 and 5, and possibly the best EVERR!!! I was so worried for every member of the team at some point in the episode, and for Rex too! The beetles were nasty and as a swarm served as a nasty monster. We saw another lockdown like we did in Series 4 Episode 3, but this one was obviously worse. Connor's now decided which team he's on, but Philip's got a massive anomaly! Argh!
We heard Helen Cutter, but they wouldn't bring Juliet Aubrey back just to say one line, would they? ;) Anyone thinking what I'm thinking... ? Next week looks epic! And then the final, which will, of course, be brilliant, so I reckon this series could end up being one of the best, if not the best! Please vote on the new polls!

Thursday 9 June 2011

Episode 1 and Episode 2 - Your rating

Well accordings to my calculations, according to our polls Episode 1 managed a positive 91%, despite one person rating it poor! :O This means it has beaten 4/7 of Series 4 Episodes.

Episode 2 managed an 85%, which although still positive, means it was the second worst episode - according to you - of Series 4 and 5 so far. I thought it was as good as Episode 1, hey ho...

I'm gunna start putting polls up for other random Episodes, to see how every Primeval episode compares! Yeah in a random mood, please vote on them all!

Wednesday 8 June 2011

Episode 3 - My Thoughts

Well, I really liked episode 3! Best episode of the series so far, but now there's only 3 episodes of Primeval left! Then there might never be another episode... or we'll have to wait agess till a new series :/

Anyway, first man-made anomaly... thought that was supposed to be next week? :P Would kind like to know how he did it though, they seem to miss out a lot of the sciency stuff nowadays, which I think is the shame, as they aren't really explaining some of the important storylines... Emily is back! And she's on the team! Matt is so happy ! :D And Jess is too! It was a good episode for Jess, again there wasn't much Becker, this series seems a bit Becker-lite. Hate April, she's turning out to be a proper manipulating bitch, 'mind games' how dare she?! ;)

But Abby and Connor... that's so sad :( Maybz this is just there first fight... :D

Next week looks good, beetles pouring out of the anomaly, argh! Vote on the polls guys! Let's see how you think the series is shaping out so far! :)

Becker Interview and other tings

Firstly, there is the whole plot for Episodes 1-5 now circling the net for this series of Primeval and Episode 5 looks AMAZING. I am a bad person who read it. Sorry guys. I ent giving you the link to it, because the superawesomeness of the episode will take you buy surprise. Reviewers have called it the best episode ever.

Anyway, also circulating again is the rumours that Helen is returning... as a clone... or something.
Rightyhoho, next up is an interview with Ben Mansfield (Becker) hinting that he may not be in the series for much longer?!!?! Nooo. Thanks to Jess for the link! Here tis:

How did you feel when you heard Primeval was returning?

Elated. I felt really pleased and surprised, because I really did think it was dead in the water, but then they heroically revived it and reincarnated the show.

What do you think of the way that Becker’s character has developed across the two seasons?

I knew that the aim was that he would become a more cemented part of the team. There was a nice chemistry on set in series three, and maybe he became more of a member of the team than he was originally meant to be.

It was a really nice process. I had never done anything as long as six months filming before, and you do form bonds with all the cast. That bleeds through into the characters, because the scripts aren’t worked out years in advance; they’re a work in progress all the way through. You hardly even know what’s going to be changed after you read the first copy of it.

I loved the development of my character – I can thank the writers for that,

Were there things you asked to be able to do with Becker when you came back for the new year?

I wanted him to be a little more mature, and have more to do in the make-up of the team, which was really inevitable, because I was the only on the active mission circuit left. That propelled the character into a more senior position in the team, and now that Philip has taken over the ARC and recruited more military personnel for the whole place, after losing civilians, it was always going to happen.

Matt is a great character for Becker to have a rapport with. It’s a good, slick, professional relationship, with them obviously slightly rubbing each other up the wrong way sometimes. He’s the team leader; I’m in charge of the military guys.

If he makes a decision you don’t like, then you have to go along with it?

Unless I decide to go above his head to Lester with it, yes, usually. I take orders from him. You can tell from the first episode that they’ve got some history of doing this, and they know how to run quite a slick operation.

They’ve been together for about a year, and this is how I think Becker’s maturity level has happened. He’s experienced a lot, lost people he loved and cared about and effectively not done a particularly brilliant job in losing the people he was meant to look after, although I blame the writers! He’s very strict on not going through the anomalies any more after losing Danny, Connor and Abby, and then other people as well. It means he does rub heads with the other characters sometimes.

There’s unfinished business for him at the ARC. He moved with Lester, and I think his loyalty is now with Lester even though he’s responsible to Philip – but Philip doesn’t take an active interest in each anomaly alert, every creature incursion. He runs the whole thing – for whatever reason!

As we saw in the first few episodes of this season, Jess obviously has a crush on Becker…

And he reciprocates that as well. I think he’s slightly emotionally retarded, and having lost these people he loved and cared about, he’s reluctant to let his façade slip. Maybe he just seems oblivious to it, but he does do little things that make you think that maybe he does care about her. And who wouldn’t – she’s very sweet.

What does he think of the new EMD weapons?

His beloved shotgun has been taken away from him and he has to fire these ridiculous laser guns that he’s not very pleased with. Coming from a military background, you want something that shoots to kill and doesn’t have as many restrictions as the EMD does. But in the end he does understand the necessity not to just blast the creatures apart, but to try to take them out and push them through the anomalies so they can go about their lives happily in their own time.

How have you found working with the effects – has it got easier with time?

It has. I spent a morning yesterday shooting at invisible things with something that didn’t really fire, then jumping over one dinosaur that was actually meant to be another dinosaur… it was really confusing! It gets easier – and it’s much easier when there are other actors there. You feel less mental. But it’s acting! You have to imagine the threats are there, and hope the special effects team can support your reactions with actions.

I loved filming episodes four and eight of series three, blasting around in Futureworld. I love the future predators: I think they’re absolutely hideous. They’re such a sinister force. They’re able to climb over everything, they can be anywhere. They’re so malleable as an idea: instead of rolling on wheels. they can creep up behind you, and the idea that they can see by hearing you… I hope they come back in this series. I’d be surprised if they didn’t.

What’s been the biggest challenge of the new series for you?

I was spoiled last year with my arsenal of weapons. This year, there are certain things that the EMDs can’t do, so we’ve been trying to get around those. They fire an electrical pulse so shooting in or around metal can be a bit dangerous because they can reflect off things. You can’t shoot through certain substances – little things like that. But I’ve been having a lovely time. Becker has some very interesting storylines, and let’s hope he’s around for the whole series. I’m not sure he will be though…

Primeval continues on Watch, Tuesdays at 8.00 p.m.

Our thoughts...

The results from the two latest polls are in.Firstly, who do we think is going to die this series? Every single character got at least 3 votes so someone MUST be right, right? Unless they bring one of the old character's back and they die...
Anywayy lets see what we think:

1st: Philip Burton - 41 votes (I voted for him!)
2nd: Patrick Quinn - 19 votes (I votedd!)
= : April - 19 votes (Seriously did you just copy my votes? -_-)
4th: Matt Anderson - 17 votes (Okay so I voted for the top 4, I'm obviously a good representation of the average Primeval viewer)
5th: Danny Quinn - 8 votes
6th: Connor and Emily - 6 votes
8th: Abby - 5 votes (Despite rumours)
9th: Cap'n Becker - 4 votes
10th: Jess n Lester - 3 votes (Yayy my favourite two characters! :P)

So after we have found out that some of you have no minds and just copy the first person who voted (which was me) we come to the second poll. Which evil guy (bitch in poll) do we think is returning:

1st: Helen Cutter - 14 votes (well she is linked with Philip and keeepss getting mentioned)
2nd: Claudia Brown (Not evil but I just want her to return) - 11 votes
3rd: Oliver Leek - 5 votes (Despite rumours which I reckon are false, prove me wrong Primeval team)
4th: Caroline and Christine - 2 votes
5th: The Cleaner - 1 vote

I voted for Helen and Claudia... we'll have to wait and see who's right. By the way Emily is in an mental asylum wtf??! :O

Episode 2 - My Thoughts

Well I really enjoyed Episode 2, the monsters were really cool. The Liopleurodon were pretty nice really, I think the menagerie should deffo get one. It would be a good friend for Bertha, I reckon she's feeling a bit fat compared to the other creatures.
Umm... Becker was probably sulking after not getting a tank last episode, but I didn't feel the episode failed without him, although I felt an explanation for his disappearance was required. Unless he's vanished from time like Claudia Brown. Or something. Jess was awesome. The Navy guy was a git. Connor not listening to Abby about Phillip was really sad. :'(
Yeah... so a great episode in my opinion! Not as good as Episode 1, anywayy please vote on the newww Polls!! :D

Episode 1 Ratings

Nabbed this off digital spy:
The UK television premiere of the fifth season of Primeval was watched by 315k (1.4%) on Watch in the 8pm hour.

Oooh errr, looks like they've lost about 4 million viewers :/ Of course the main reason is that only about 30% of people have Watch, and due to them having several hundred other channels, they may not have known Primeval was on. Then it is on a Tuesday night, which may have confused some, but then again it would have got even less views if it was up against Doctor Who and BGT. Yah so... hope this doesn't mean no series 6... we'd all better watch Series 5 again when it's on our normal channel. With the amount of promotion Watch have done they may have been expecting slightly higher figures, but to be honest if ITV did the same amount of promotion then it would have had far more viewers than normal, but then ITV axed it cus they're morons. -__- Rant over.

Sorry for those who haven't seen it yet. Please don't post big spoilers on the cbox... tvblinkbox tis all I'm saying.

One Day Moree!!

No this post title does not refer to a song in a certain West End Musical, but refers to the fact that some of you have only one day left until Primeval ;D ;D I have already seen this episode and in my opinion its better than most Series 4 episodes, so I hope you enjoy it. A Youtube Primeval game is coming out tomorrow, exciting timess!
Today's unlocked content from the Primeval V Facebook Page was another computer animation of a creature from the mill, a raptor today. Saturday's was the Mole Bug from Episode 1, and Sunday's unlocked content is the shorter Watch launch trailer.

Anywayy... Looking forward to tomorrow I hope? ;) I'm not, its my last day of revision for Chemistry... :/ Oh and try to avoid major spoilers in the cbox cus a few of us may not see the episodes for another month or so...

Primeval Film Is Happening!!!

Just nabbed this off digital spy, well exciting:

Primeval star Andrew-Lee Potts has claimed that a film adaptation of the series is still in the works.

It was reported in 2009 that Warner Bros. had acquired the screen rights to the sci-fi drama in a six-figure deal.

"The film is definitely happening," Potts told TV Choice. "It's being developed [and] the script has been written."

The actor, who plays Connor Temple in the ITV series, added that he is unsure if the proposed production will incorporate the original show's cast.

"As for our involvement, it's too early to say," he said. "It's more of an American thing because the rights have been sold to Warner Bros. It will be completely independent of the series."

Former Primeval star Lucy Brown previously suggested that a film version of the show would be "fantastic".

The fifth series of Primeval begins on May 24 at 8pm on Watch.

EEEP.

Primeval V - Media Alert

Just got sent this by Sam from Watch! :

PRIMEVAL SERIES 5 PREMIERE’S EXCLUSIVELY ON WATCH

The explosive, time-travelling, dinosaur drama starring Andrew-Lee Potts and Hannah Spearritt returns for a 5th series exclusive to Watch (Sky 109, Virgin 124) on Tuesday 24 May at 8pm.

The eagerly anticipated series promises to be the best yet for Primeval fans and features more stunning special effects, adventure and incredible creatures, as the team at the ARC have their work cut out for them to police ruptured time anomalies, and the growing threat of entrepreneur Philip Burton, whose grip on the ARC is tightening with every episode.

The new series is a fast paced story set across 6 episodes where even more anomalies are making the lives of Connor, Abbey and the team even more chaotic – in fact there’s a crisis for everyone in the team. The only question is will all of them survive the new threats?

For exclusive content from the series and information about the show visit the Primeval Series 5 Facebook Page, where for the past month fans of the show have been enjoying, sharing and joining in the conversation and speculation with other Primeval fans across the globe.

Primeval Series 5 will start Tuesday 24th May at 8pm on Watch (Sky 109, Virgin Media 124).

Just a thought....

Back to when Series 4 was in production, filming and the like, you may remember there being a post about a script excerpt that appeared on an interview with one of the producers. It mentioned a pod of Pliosaurs and a submarine. Sound familiar? Series 5 Episode 2 will feature this. Also, Danny was mentioned... so will we see him in Episode 2? Or has this since been changed...

Hmmmm.... discuss.

Sorry its late...

I'm sorry for not posting for a couple of days, but I'd better keep you up to date with everything. Firstly, here's todays unlocked content from the Primeval V Facebook Page:

A clip from Episode 2! With another glimpse of the Liopleurodon... They promised the biggest monsters, looks like we've got the biggest carnivore that ever lived...
Yesterday's unlocked content was an interview with Connor, and the day before's was a set picture, which shows Becker looking at something, holding his gun, while Matt holds Abby back... I may have seen that ep ;)

The next clip is thanks to Jess, this is the Series 4 trailer for Austrailia, I hope my posts aren't too spoilery for you guys :/ Anyway at the end of the trailer we can see the T-Rex, which I think is the only thing from Series 5 in there.

The last clip is another trailer for Series 5, thanks to Kabilan:

Wednesday 11 May 2011

New Clip

Today's piece of unlocked content from the Primeval V Facebook Page is a new clip from episode 2!! We catch a glimpse of the Liopleurodon!! Here tis:

Tuesday 10 May 2011

Rumourrss

Well I can't find the article now, if anyone finds it please link on the cbox, but there is definately an interview with Hannah Spearrit somewhere saying that this may be the last series, due to the last episode, but she says viewers will not be dissappointed.

Arghh, I doubt we will be, but noooo hope its not the last series!! She didn't say it definately was, but I'm guessing she means that the last episode of this series would be a good place to end it? Hmm...

Poll Results...

I keep forgetting to do this, so I'll do it now! The results for the 'What monsters do you think will be in Series 5?' are as follows. Lets see who's right now we know the monsters!

T-Rex - 14 votes - Confirmed by Ben Mansfield, probably in Ep 5, good guess peoples!
Future Predator - 13 votes - Confirmed, you guys were right! Although, technically it's a hybrid
Helen Cutter - 7 votes - An old foe is returning, will it be her??
Raptors - 5 votes - Confirmed for Episode 3
G-Rex - 2 votes - Unlikely to appear
Terror Bird - 1 Vote - May have a brief appearance when Danny and Patrick return, never know
Megaopteran - 1 vote - Unlikely to appear, but Predator hybrids are, so you never know

New Download

Today's unlocked content from the Primeval V Facebook Page is a downloadable wallpaper of Jess from Series 5. According to her interview in the Presspack I got on Sunday, she will be getting out in the field more this series, we already knew she was going to use an EMD this series, but perhaps they will not be effective on the creatures in Episode 1? ;)

Anyway, here is the wallpaper, pretty sure its not from Episode 1, by the way, I love how Jess has never worn the same thing twice. Her job must be pretty well paid.

Monday 9 May 2011

The Screening

As you may know, I was invited to the launch of the new series of Primeval at London Zoo yesterday, which was amazing!! I turned up a bit early, so we were allowed free access to the zoo before it was open! All the animals were actually awake. Including he sleepy old Lion...
Yeah, you don't care about that. Well we got a special souvenir Primeval press pack thing, which has interviews with the actors/actresses playing Abby, Connor, Matt, Lester, Philip, Becker, Jess and Emily (who by the way is definately back in the final, and I think is in Episodes 3-6). It also included a timeline, synopsi for the episodes, and details of the monsters in each episode. Most have already been revealed, but here they are:

Episode 1 - Giant Burrowing Insect (From future)
Episode 2 - Liopleurodon (Jurassic marine reptile, features in Walking with Dinosaurs) and Eustreptyspondylus
Episode 3 - Raptor
Episode 4 - Future Beetles (Swarm featured in clip)
Episode 5 - Aurognathus (Pretty sure T-Rex is in this episode too, as it mentions in the synopsis that there are reports of a 'huge' creature)
Episode 6 - Future Predator Hybrid

Yeah, so when we returned to the screening place, we were shown to the second floor, where there were refreshments laid out. Most people there were reporters, and friends and families of the production team. I know that creator Tim Haines was there, and one of the scriptwriters too. So then this man in a really cool dinosaur costume came out of this curtained area and went to the back end of the room, where people were taking photographs of it.

Also there were Hannah Spearritt and Andrew Lee-Potts, who proceeded to give autographs, I got Andrew's, until they had to go for interviews, but we were promised they'd be back later. Then it was time for the screening!
A woman from Watch introduced it, saying that Primeval Series 5 or Primeval V as it is referred too now, will have the best storylines and bigger, better creatures. Episode 1 did not dissappoint, it was brilliant! There was a funny Lester storyline, and we find out more about Philip's plans. New character April is also introduced, and I took an instant dislike to her...

I won't reveal anymore about the storyline, as I don't want to spoil, but I'm sure you'll all enjoy it. Afterwards, Hannah and Andrew were singing more autographs and I had conversation with Hannah and I got a picture with her! So cool!!!! ;D
Anyway, then we all had free access to the zoo, so we looked round, its well worth a visit, especially at 9am in the morning when we arrived ;)

Pictures to follow...

Been Busy

Hey everyone, really sorry I didn't get round to posting yesterday, but I'll probably do a few posts now! Yesterday's unlocked content was an on set picture of Hannah Spearritt, which can as usual be seen on the Primeval Series 5 Facebook website.
Today's unlocked content is a trailer for Series 5, which was on at the beginning of the screening yesterdayy. Anyway, Kabilan has posted it on youtube, so here it is:

Also, there has been rumour going round, and a few articles, one which was linked in the cbox, confirming that two characters are going to die and an old foe will return. I think we can guess that Burton will die, and I think Matt will too! Who do you think will die? The foe which is supposedly returning is, I reckon, Helen Cutter, as Burton has some kind of connection with her. This is mentioned again in episode 1 by the way...

Saturday 7 May 2011

I'll speak tomorrow :D

Well, tomorrow I'm going to the exclusive Primeval VIP premiere!! Its rather exciting!! So I'll post when I get back tomorrow, but don't worry I won't spoil you! I may put some pictures off if I see/meet any of the cast! EEK. Yeah see ya guys!

New Clip

There is quite possibly a new clip from Episode 1 as today's piece of unlocked content on the Watch Primeval Facebook Page, it is rather exciting and you get a new look at the creature, which by the way looks amazing!! The special effects are like WOWDAHH, yeah I won't spoil anymore, go check out the clip ureself on Facebook! Link in sidebar.

Friday 6 May 2011

Just Some Random News and Musings

For those who don't have Watch and aren't gunna watch Series 5 online cus your too good a person, well I've been hearing rumours that it is coming to ITV in the summer!

Also confirmed is that Series 5 will be released on DVD on July 4th, and you can already pre-order it from Amazon! So you only have about 5/6 weeks to wait if you don't have Watch.
Meanwhile, I reckon if Watch was on freeview or somert, it might even pull in more viewers than ITV did for Series 4 because of the massive promotion its getting. However, Watch will probably pull in so many more viewers than it normally does that hopefully Series 6 will be picked up. *Fingers crossed*

New Clip

The newest update from the Primeval Watch Facebook page (The countdown calender) is an exclusive clip from episode 1, showing Lester and what looks like an attack from the 'burrowing creature'.

Anyway, it's also on a certain someone's youtube account, so be sure to subscribe to him. Here it is:

He's also posted all of Series 4 on there, so those without the DVD can watch at your leisure! )Hope you don't mind me advertising your youtube account Kabilan! :L)

And here's the article:

Andrew-Lee Potts, Hannah Spearritt and Ciarán McMeniman are back with the brand new and exclusive fifth series of the explosive of time-travelling dinosaur drama, Primeval.

Primeval V features more stunning special effects, adventure and incredible creatures, as the team at the ARC have their work cut out for them to police ruptured time anomalies, and the growing threat of entrepreneur Philip Burton, whose grip on the ARC is tightening with every episode.

The series starts with an underground creature bringing chaos to the city, forcing the team to chase around the city to track down the movements of this vicious burrowing creature. When the creature strikes for the final time, the team find one of their own in mortal danger and fight to save their life.

Episode 1
An underground creature brings chaos to the city, forcing the team to chase around the city to track down the movements of this vicious burrowing creature. When the creature strikes for the final time, the team find one of their own in mortal danger and fight to save their life.

Episode 2
When a nuclear submarine encounters an anomaly and Liopleurodon in the sea, the team are called aboard to help. They soon find themselves under attack once more, and get sucked back through an anomaly, with Liopleurodons damaging the outside of the sub. The team must not only capture the panicked Eustreptospondylus aboard, but fix the sub exterior in order to get home.

Episode 3
Following a displaced raptor through an anomaly, Matt ends up in Victorian London. Realising its to blame for several gruesome murders in the area, he tracks it down only to find Emily attempting to do exactly the same thing. Despite attempts from an angry mob and her own husband, Emily and Matt are forced through the anomaly with an angry raptor, where Emily is forced to make a tough decision about her future.

Episode 4
Philip and Connor secretly open an anomaly within the ARC, only to be invaded by a mass of scurrying future-beetles, who force the ARC into lockdown. The team have just moments to save the day before the ARC and the beetle threat is destroyed when Philip threatens to incinerate the building.

Episode 5
With increasing numbers of anomalies running the ARC team ragged, Matt realises his mission is coming to a climax, and determined to stop Philip, races to his machine. The team meanwhile are struggling to keep up with demand. When Philip escapes Connor’s custody, the clock is ticking for them to stop him in his tracks.

Episode 6
Connor has disappeared through Philip’s anomaly, and Matt thinks that his mission is over – Philip has won, and seemingly, nothing has gone wrong. Matt has a decision to make about what to do next – and jumps through the anomaly to save Connor only to find himself in a barren desert world, with Connor struggling in the immense heat and deadly sun’s rays. It’s a world we recognise from Matt’s dreams. Worse still, coming towards them are a group of disgustingly mutated future predators, intent on causing some damage.

VERY exciting stuff! Thanks again to Kabilan for the link!! I thought they'd go back to Victorian London, there are some pictures of some Victorian scenes with Emily's husband on the web. I'll try and post some on here...

Yet more spoilers...

Found this article on Daily Star here.

It features more info on the April character... anyway here tis:

A BLONDE boffin is about to stir up trouble in the new series of Primeval.
Actress Janice Byrne plays a new lab assistant called April who could be hiding a dark secret.

She will be assigned by Anomaly Research Centre bosses to work alongside gadgets whizz kid Connor Temple (Andrew-Lee Potts, 31).

Their job is to search for and close down any time travel anomalies to stop monsters jumping through to the 21st Century.

Although April seems attentive and scientifically minded, she might not be someone to trust.

She was hired for the post by scheming boffin Phillip Burton (Alex Siddig, 45).

And as fans saw in the finale of series four, monster hunter Danny Quinn (Jason Flemyng, 44) came back to warn the team that their boss was “a threat” to them all.

Burton has already taken Connor away from the rest of the gang to work for him on a special project.

So TV viewers will be left wondering why he has brought in April and if she is on a secret mission for him.

Also in the new series, the team will be fighting dinosaurs and creatures on a nuclear submarine in Victorian London and on top of a volcano.

A show spokeswoman said: “Expect stunning special effects, incredible creatures and edge-of-your-seat adventures.”

The new season of Primeval will air on Watch starting Tuesday May 24 at 8pm.

Series 5 Spoilersss!!

Found this here.

Sooo is spoilers for Series 5:

UKTV channel Watch have announced some plot hints for Primeval's fifth series, including details of a new character, April.

Series 5 of the time-travelling dinosaur drama will premiere on the pay TV channel from Tuesday 24th May.

The channel's press office told CultBox: "[Series 5] features more stunning special effects, adventure and incredible creatures, as the team at the ARC have their work cut out for them to police ruptured time anomalies, and the growing threat of entrepreneur Philip Burton, whose grip on the ARC is tightening with every episode.

"The series starts with the team still reeling after Danny‘s re-appearance and warning from the dramatic end of Series 4. A vicious burrowing creature brings chaos to the city, forcing the team to track down the movements of this monster. When the creature strikes for the final time, the team finds one of its own in mortal danger.

"Matt, meanwhile, is now determined to wipe this creature off the face of the Earth - does he know more about this creature than he’s letting on? Back at the ARC, Philip has provided Connor with a new lab assistant. But is there more to April than meets the eye?

"As the series continues, we’ll see edge-of-your-seat adventures onboard a nuclear submarine, back in Victorian London and a volcano, at the same time finding out the truth about Matt’s secret mission and Philip’s true ambitions for Connor and the ARC."

Series 5 is expected to air on ITV1 in early 2012.

Hannah Spearritt Interview

Well this interview can be found on tv.com here.

Anyway Hannah talks about Series 4 and 5, and mentions that Jess will use an EMD in series 5!! Also when mentioning a list of creatures that have been on the show, she mentions Pliosaur, which basically confirms that they will be in Series 5. She also mentions that Abby will keep secrets from Connor as the Series goes on.
Right so, am very excited for thatt!! I heard somewhere that it will be starting on May 22nd or thereabouts on Watch, but I don't have Sky... ;S

Wednesday 9 March 2011

Well here are some spoilers for Series 5 from Cultfix and they are rather exciting, although most have been heard as rumours/confirmed before. But anyway here they are:

  • The ARC team will go up against the biggest creature they’ve ever faced
  • Becker will recover
  • Raptors will be back and this time they can swim
  • We haven’t seen the last of Danny…
  • …or Patrick

  • Connor will work with Phillip until its too late
  • There will be a Tyrannosaurus Rex in an episode and…
  • …Burrowing creatures
  • Series 5 will air mid to late May on Watch with a possible Autumn start on ITV1

Sorry for lack of news by the way, we're suffering an inbetween series dip at the mo!

Episode 7 - Calculations and Final Series Ratings

According to my calculations using your votes from the poll, Episode 7 has managed a very positive 93.9%, which means it is your favourite episode of the series - joint with Episode 6. Weird that they got exactly the same percentage, eh? 0_o

This means the average for this series according to you, the viewers, was 88.8%, which is very good.

The Series leaderboard stands thus (posh words ennit):

Episode 6 & 7 - 93.9
Episode 2 - 91.9
Episode 4 - 87.8
Episode 3 - 87.5
Episode 1 - 86.8
Episode 5 - 80.4

The only surprises I find here is that Episode 2 is so high, and Episode 5 is so low. In my opinion Episode 2 was one of the worst, and Episode 5 was at least as good as Episode 1 and 2. But that is just my opinion.
Please post your thoughts below and vote on the new poll! We can compare the results!

Tim Haine's teases

Nabbed this one of digital spy:

Primeval co-creator Tim Haines has revealed details about the show's fifth series.

He told SFX that the show's next run will further explore the mysterious motives of millionaire scientist Phillip Burton (Alexander Siddig).

"At the end of [episode] seven, there is some serious stuff starting to happen with Connor and Phillip and that's sort of the cliffhanger over into the [fifth] series," he explained. "You realise there's a much bigger story beginning to brew [involving] the reason why Matt's there."

He continued: "Very much in the fifth series, we focus in on who's the baddy [and] who's going to be causing trouble, and that has an effect on our central characters."

Haines also confirmed that several monsters from the show's past will reappear in future episodes.

"There will be a return of the future predators at one point, in a slightly different guise," he said. "We got the biggest creature that we've ever had... and some old favourites like raptors [and] burrowing creatures."

The fifth series of Primeval will premiere on Watch this summer. ITV will also air the series at a later date.

By the way anyone heard the new GaGa song, is awesome!!!

Thursday 10 February 2011

Episode 7 - Ratings

Episode 7 managed an average of 3.6m, 15.4% of the ratings for that time slot. This isn't the highest or lowest this series has had, but is rounadabout average for the series, so perhaps we are looking at an axe after Series 5, although I hate to say it... ;/

Episode 7 - My Thoughts

Well, sadly it has just hit me that Primeval Series 4 has finished. It went by so quickly!! And now all I have to do is persuade my parents to get Sky, as Primeval returns on Watch in May. And according to the announcement following tonight's episode, Series 5 will be back 'later this year' on ITV, contrary to rumours circulating that it will in fact return in 2012.

Anyway, if you haven't watched Episode 7 yet (WHY NOT? (Forgive me people in other countries who do not have ITV)) here is my review. I thought it was a very good episode, but it didn't feel too finalelyy, or was that just me? I think it severely lacked Jess, she's usually on the line at all times, she wasn't this episode... ;/ I think Danny was used really well, and the episode really wet my appetite for Series 5! I would've also liked some explanation on how Connor's dating calculator works.

So Philip's evil! But what's he going to do? And what did he have to do with Helen Cutter? And Ethan WAS Danny's brother all along, which is what many did guess at, does't stop him being a pyschopath... Is Becker alright??? Matt is from the future, where they all have to live underground, but what happens to make that happen? And can it be avoided? And if it can, does that mean we lose Matt as time is changed? But isn't that a paradox? I ask too many questions!

According to some sources, Danny will be returning for a further 2 episodes in Series 5, but I am unsure at to whether Ethan, or should I say Patrick, will be returning. For now, we just have to wait until Series 5! Which will be coming to Watch in May, and to my computer screen via some internet site in May too...

Episode 6 - Calculations

Well before I go on about everything concerning Episode 7, I thought of doing just a little post to reveal how well Episode 6 did on the poll! Well according to my calculations Episode 6 scored a very positive 93.9%, which makes it the best episode of the series (currently excluding episode 7) according to you, the viewers! But how will Episode 7 rate? Be sure to vote on the poll!

Friday 4 February 2011

1 Day

Tomorrow is the final of Primeval!! 7.30 on ITV this week Danny comes through an anomaly along with a Terror Bird, which keeps appearing in different places. What's going on with the anomalies? And what is this information that Danny knows? Meanwhile, Ethan is hiding in the shadows and Jess wears another pair of trendy shoes.

In other news, Laila Rouass, who played Sarah Page in Primeval, will be introduced to the cast on Tuesday February 15th if anyone's interested. There's an article here.

Can I just take a chance to thank anyone who's sent links for news articles on the cbox. And I'd also like to thank the site FarFarAway, where I have got most of the pictures from Series 4 from. I'd also like to think Digital Spy, who has had just the odd article on Primeval that I've nabbed from there. Thank you!

Also, make sure you vote on the poll, I'd love to see 50 votes! We've had 45, so make sure you vote if you haven't already. Episode 6 looks like its going to beat the past episodes, but will Episode 7 be better? We'll have to watch and see...

Thursday 3 February 2011

2 Days!!

Who else is majorly excited for the final of Primeval? You aren't? Why the hell are you on a Primeval Blog? Blogwalking? It's like Anomaly walking... like what Emily does... You don't know what an anomaly is? Hop along to another blog then!!

Anywaysss, according to the Radio Times Primeval will be back on our screens in April, butt I hasss a second article unconfirm it, well actually the radio times could mean that Watch starts repeating Series 4 in April... Anyway, here's the article! Thanks for the link Shelly! Link here:

The fifth series of Primeval will start airing on pay TV channel Watch in May, UKTV have today confirmed to CultBox.

The final episode of Series 4 airs at 7.30pm this Saturday on ITV1.

Watch will then precede Series 5 by repeating Series 4's episodes weekly from April. UKTV told us: "At the moment the plan is to have a break of one week between the two series".

Series 4 and Series 5 of Primeval were shot as one block of 13 episodes, following a deal between ITV and UKTV with producers Impossible Pictures. BBC America and Germany’s Pro7 were also co-production partners for the episodes.

Series 5 is expected to air on ITV1 in early 2012.

Monday 31 January 2011

5 days to go...

The final of Series 4 of Primeval is on in 5 days time! And I'm just a tad excited. Anway, I have a few bits of news for you. The last episode of Primeval received just 3.39m views which was 14.8% of the viewings for that time. This is one of the lowest overnight ratings Primeval has ever had. I'm sure the final will do better, right? RIGHT?? ;(

News article two is somert I nabbed off Digital Spy, here. Just something slightly random I found on there:

Primeval star Lucy Brown has admitted that a film version of the ITV series would be "fantastic".

It was reported in 2009 that Warner Bros. had acquired the screen rights to the show in a six-figure deal.

"[A film has been] talked about a lot," Brown told Den of Geek. "I remember having a discussion with [co-creator] Adrian [Hodges] two years ago, about where a film might go. But the script has to be written and approved. But I think that would be fantastic, and they should definitely do it."

However, the actress, who reprised her role as Jenny Lewis in Saturday's episode of Primeval, admitted that the project was unlikely to go forward "in the near future".

"All that stuff's beyond my control," she explained. "It's up to the higher powers."

The fourth series of Primeval concludes this Saturday at 7.30pm on ITV1.

And news article 3, also from dear digital spy:
Primeval star Andrew-Lee Potts has claimed that the show has improved since it began.

The fourth series of the sci-fi drama, which features Potts as science whiz Connor Temple, is currently airing on Saturdays on ITV1.

The actor told Total Sci-Fi: "I do think in this series Primeval really finds its feet. It's been a show that has perhaps strayed sometimes, as the producers and writers, and all of us on screen, have tried to work out what is best."

Potts suggested that the show's brief axe actually benefited the current fourth run.

He said: "With us having a year off, I think we were really able to nail down many of the key story points that people wanted to know."

He also praised the present series for returning focus to the scientific element of the show.

"One thing I like is they've brought the science back," he confirmed. "I mean obviously the action and monsters are fantastic, but we need the science in the show, because that’s how it all started."

Also, can I just say, why have we not been seeing more of thiss:

Sunday 30 January 2011

Episode 5 - Calculations

According to the poll for episode 5, which has now finished, Episode 5 achieved an 80.4%, which is positive, although it has received the lowest feedback of the series, so according to you, the viewers, it was the worst episode in the series so far. Remember to vote on the poll for episode 6!

The series leaderboard is currently:
Episode 2 - 91.9%
Episode 4 - 87.8%
Episode 3 - 87.5%
Episode 1 - 86.8%
Episode 5 - 80.4%

Saturday 29 January 2011

Episode 6 - My Thoughts

Well, I thought this was the best episode of the series, beating episode 4! I'm glad Jess got out and about, not to mention Jenny's return. Jenny got married. EEEK. So glad they haven't forgot everything with Claudia Brown, and Cutter and everything. I like it when they revisit stuff. The monsters were quite freaky, but I didn't think the cubs were very well CGId... or that might just be me. Loved the bit when the guests all awed at the cub and then screamed when the adults arrived...

Next week's looks amazing! Even though Danny weren't in the trailer. All the anomalies appearing, and the terror birds are back! They look a bit different, maybe they're a different species, or an updated versions of the ones from series 3. I can't wait till the next episode!!!
Yeah, so vote on the poll and please comment and give your thoughts on the episode! Not to mention what you thought about Gideon being Matt's father, and he died ;'( Was very sad.

Head over to...

Just a quick note to say head over to Emma's site, link here, adwdesigns, as there are some rather nice Primeval banners, so make sure you check out her site!

In other news, PRIMEVAL IS ON TONIGHT, JENNY LEWIS RETURNS. And do not read spoilers for the episodes they may kill any surprises... Yeah, I read spoilers. Dunno how some of them got on to the internet...

Friday 28 January 2011

Interviewage with Jennifer Lewis, I mean Lucy Brown!

Nabbed this off digital spy, great site that! I can't wait for episode 6 tomorrow! Jenny Lewis is officially back! Well, for one episode anyways, and then the final! Anyway, here it is:

When we last saw Primeval's Jenny Lewis back in series three, she had turned her back on life in the ARC following a near-death encounter with a flesh-eating fungus creature! In this week's installment, Connor and Abbey run into their old friend, who has been keeping busy since her departure. We recently caught up with actress Lucy Brown to chat about Jenny's return, fighting off a rampaging Hyaenadon and the possibility of a comeback for her other Primeval character, Claudia Brown.

A quick warning - a few mild spoilers lie ahead...

What can you tell us about Jenny's return in this week's Primeval?
"Basically it's a complete coincidence and the team stumble upon her, on possibly one of the most important days of her life! Being a Primeval character, you can run, but you can't hide. Once you're in, you're in, no matter how hard you try to get out! So they literally bump into her in the basement of a stately home and it's the day before her wedding."

Do we find out what Jenny's been up to since she left the show?
"Absolutely. When she left in series three, it was to go and try and pursue a normal life of sorts, and revert to what she was just before we met her in series two. It's P.R. and back to that more glamorous life, and now she's engaged to a musician. Of course, running into Abby and Connor, old feelings are brought to the surface and there are conversations about Nick and the ARC. She never wanted to forget anybody, she just wanted to take control of her life again."

How did your return to the show come about?
"When Jenny left in series three, I had almost immediately a conversation with [co-creator] Adrian [Hodges] about the possibility of coming back for series four. Then of course, Primeval seemed to have been cancelled, which was very sad all round. But then I was very unsurprised when people rallied around to get it back on the air. Pretty much as soon as that started to happen, I was talking to Adrian again, and because they had commissioned so much of the show in advance, it was a case of scheduling and making things work. Everyone had their fingers crossed that this episode could even happen! Luckily it did, which was great for all parties concerned."

How did it feel playing the character again?
"It felt kind of the same, to be honest! As soon as I'm on the set with people like Andrew [Lee Potts] and Hannah [Spearritt], it feels like no time has passed. The first scene I shot for this episode is the first scene you see in this episode, when Andrew and I bump into each other. We were all in the make-up trailer chatting away. On-set, it was just immediate and like no time had passed whatsoever. Especially with Andrew and Hannah, who are very dear friends of mine, we have a kind of short-hand with each other, which makes things terribly easy! You just sort of get on with it, have fun together and it all comes alive."

Did the show feel any different because of the recent cast changes?
"Well, it was difficult, because I was in a more contained part of it. I literally was just working with Andrew and Hannah, and a bit of Ciaran [McMenamin] and the new character of Emily (Ruth Bradley), who pops up in my episode as well. Generally though I was just with Andrew and Hannah, and I wasn't in the ARC. I had nothing to do with that, so all of those new elements didn't really affect me. I was just with my mates again!"

Did it take a while to get used to performing with CGI effects again?
"No! Once it's in your blood, it's in your blood. I think it's been so many years of doing this now that you know what's expected and you know what you have to do. We're so used to it now. Also, CGI is used in so much nowadays. Halfway through last year, I was doing a TV movie out in Europe with Dean Cain and that was all CGI creatures. I'm just the monster girl! I can do a really good terrified face for nothing! But it's so much part of the business now that it's good to have this training. It's very helpful."

How did you feel when the show was originally axed, given that you'd already left at that point?
"I was sad for it, because it's such a massive part of my life and has been for many years. I felt sorry for it, although I thought the work we'd done up till then was excellent. I thought for a show in that timeslot on Saturday night, it was an excellent piece of entertainment and I think it was sad to lose it. However, as I said, I was unsurprised that it was so quickly rescued. We are now completely global. We have fan-mail that comes in from all over the world, so when people came from other countries to offer a helping hand, I was unsurprised."

Would you like to make another guest appearance at some point?
"Always. I have such a wonderful relationship with both Tim Haines and Adrian Hodges. I've always said to them since series three, if the schedule's permitting on both sides, I will always pick up the phone to Primeval. I'll always try and make it work. It was a big part of my life."

Would you ever consider coming back to the show full-time?
"That's very difficult to answer, what with my own personal life and my working life that runs alongside things like Primeval. It would just depend on what was going on there and then, when it was happening. In my heart, I love the show and I would hope to be part of it in some way. It would just totally depend on the circumstances in which that situation arose."

Some Primeval fans are still hoping for some resolution with...
"Claudia?"

Exactly! Would you still like to possibly explore that in the future?
"I would love to. I think it was made very difficult when Douglas [Henshall] left, because that would be the main reason to bring Claudia back. So much has happened since then. But it's amazing because when I get approached on the street, they never say 'You're Jenny Lewis', they all say 'You played Claudia Brown'! I did for one series, I've now done three series as Jenny! Even my own father asks, 'When are you bringing Claudia back?' I tell him, 'Dad, it's out of my control. Get over her!' But I'd love to do it. We joked on the last day of shooting that we could do a spin-off. Get Douglas back on and we'll do a whole Claudia and Cutter show in some weird timeline somewhere! A whole spinoff of her trying to find him. But I think the situation as it stands, with Douglas's character Cutter no longer with us, makes it hard for Claudia to come back. I'd love to resolve the storyline. She was obviously a strong character and made a very strong impression on people. But for now, Jenny is here!"

Episode 5 Ratings

Episode 5 managed to pull in a 3.93 million on the overnight ratings, which means the viewings are still going up each week since episode 2. It pulled in 16.6% of the viewings for that timeslot, which is about the same as the last few weeks.

Episode 7

Well well well, here we have the synopsis and times for Episode 7 of Primeval, and I am already very excited!! Looks like the terror birds are back from Episode 6 of Series 3, unless its a different species... Meanwhile, Danny is back and Ethan escapes... for good??
Anywayyysss, thanks go to Phil for the link!! Its from the Radio Times website, if anyone wants to take a peek. Here's it is:

Saturday 05 February
7:30pm - 8:30pm
ITV1 London
7/7, series 4
The ARC tackles a terror bird at a tourist prison attraction after an anomaly opens, which also results in the surprise reappearance of Danny, who has a warning for the team. Matt manages to locate Ethan at the same site, but fails to spot the danger he presents, giving him the opportunity to escape for good as Emily's life is once again threatened.

Episode 4 - Calculations...

Thank you to the 45 people who voted on last weeks poll! That's the highest ammount of votes a poll on Primeval Anomalies has ever received, so thank you so so much!! Let's see if we can't make it 50 this week!!
Anyway, according to my calculations Episode 4 scored a 87.8%, which makes it the second best episode of the series (not including episode 5) so far, according to you, the viewers! I have not been dissappointed by an episode so far, so I really hope this series continues to be brilliant!

Episode 5 - My Thoughts

I thought that this episode was one of the best in this series! I liked the monster, and the setting of the story, and it's nice to know Emily's safe. But what is going on with Ethan? Does he have something to do with the creation of the anomalies, maybe his family started them or something. And what is Philip up to that makes it so confidential...

Next weeks, meanwhile, looks really good! Make sure you watch the preview clip on the Primeval Website. It looks like Gideon's dying, and of course Jenny is back!!!!! Yayyyy!

Episode 1 Official Ratings

Just a quick posty to say... The final viewing ratings for Episode 1 are 5.4 million, which is an up of nearly a whole million on the overnight ratings, which is really good news!

Sunday 16 January 2011

Ratings Episode 4

Episode 4 achieved a 3.85m yesterday on ITV, which was 16.7% of the ratings for that time slot, which is an up of 0.15 million on last week.
I can't find the US ratings anywhere, but then I wouldn't know what good shows normally get on average :/

Episode 6 Confirmation

Episode 6 has been confirmed as Jenny's return to Primeval. Thanks go to Kabilan today for finding this on the Radio Times website, love the Radio Times don't you? Get it every week, right? Except you people outside the UK who can't get it, unlucky you guys, it wouldn't be much help though, as it says what's on British Tv, so I suppose you arenn't missing much...

Anywayy the link is here.

Anddd here is the synopsis:

The team stumbles upon the stately-home wedding of ex-ARC member Jenny Lewis while investigating an anomaly. As the bride attempts to keep her past hidden from her fiance, she finds herself reliving her old role by helping her former colleagues fight a family of hyaenadons that wreaks havoc at the nuptials. Meanwhile, Becker's life becomes endangered as the hunt for Ethan continues. Hannah Spearritt, Andrew-Lee Potts and Lucy Brown star.

So, we have less than two weeks until Jenny's return, and I am so excited!! And who remembers the Hyaenadon from Walking With Beasts, made by Impossible Pictures, the same company who makes Primeval? No? Just me then...

Episode 4 - My Thoughts

Well I thought that this episode was the best episode of the series! The storylines were great, as were the monsters! Arghh but so many questions! Will Becker and Jess get together? Are Connor and Abby having problems? Why is Philip such a git? What's Ethan gunna do with Emily? I'm so worried for her right now.

I really liked the link with Series 2, where Lester mentions being saved by the Mammoth, which I really feel they should have named by now? Any suggestions, for what we can call it? Still no sign of the Diictodon, they must be in the menagerie somewhere, unless they're roaming Abby's old flat block...

Anyway, the poll for Episode 3 has finished, and according to my calculations it recieved an 87.5, the lowest score of the series so far, it will be interesting to see how this episode does on the new poll, please vote and comment!
Also, the site has now had over 8000 hits since I installed the hit counter, which I got in June 2010, so thanks to everyone who's been visiting!

Primeval Episode 4

Make sure you UK viewers tune in to ITV tonight at 7, for episode 4 is to be shown. A group of mammal-like reptiles come through an anomaly in a school, while Philip decides that it's time to kill the creatures in the menagerie, sparking Abby to try and hide them with help from Jess... Meanwhile, Ethan is still out there...

New Pictures!!

I literally just squeed. Its a very manly thing to do obvo. Anywayy thanks to Phil and Kabilan for posting links to some pictures of the return of Jenny/Claudia in episode um. Episode 7! Looks like they're at a big house... or something, and Jenny is rich... or something like that. Yeah...
The woman in the black dress has caused some confusion, but it is Emily.
As to whether it is actually Jenny or not, Im pretty sure it has been confirmed to be her, and she did look a lot more like Claudia in Series 3.

Anyway, here are some pictures of the lovely ladies of Primeval: (I just lolled at myself...
